Kimberly Burke is the founder of Stillwater Risk Management LLC, a West Michigan–based boutique firm providing fractional risk and compliance leadership, investigations, and strategic advisory services.

Her career includes roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte, Navigant Consulting (now Guidehouse), and nearly 15 years leading audits and investigations at Mercedes‑Benz North America, where she helped organizations uncover facts, assess risk, strengthen controls, and navigate complex challenges. Kimberly has advised executive leadership teams, legal counsel, and board‑level stakeholders on sensitive matters involving fraud, compliance, governance, and operational risk, bringing the perspective of an experienced corporate leader with the responsiveness of an independent advisor. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a licensed Professional Investigator in the State of Michigan.

Through Stillwater Risk Management, she delivers practical, objective support — from fractional leadership to complex investigations — and serves as an independent advisor to executives, boards, legal counsel, and audit committees.

Kimberly is also active in the West Michigan community as a board member of Samaritas and the Grand Rapids Ballet, serving on executive, audit, and finance committees.
